Recently, they installed sensory floor decals in the Elementary occupational therapy room. While they look fun and colourful, these decals actually create a path for kids to follow and work off their excess energy, and self-regulate their emotions. It offers a more structured way for students to get movement breaks and also helps to develop their motor skills.
