A word from Dr. Mark Wenzel, Superintendent
“As school superintendent and a father of three Stamford students, I’m super proud of the quality of education and amazing care for students that we provide as one of the top international schools in Singapore.
At the core, we are a school that cares deeply about the success of every student and finds ways to connect students with their passion. We are an International Baccalaureate (IB) school with the belief that creativity, student ownership of learning and hands-on projects create unique opportunities to thrive.”

In Grades 11 and 12, students have a choice between Stamford Courses, IB Diploma courses, AP courses, and BTEC courses. They may also choose a combination of courses from the various programs.

Our Core Values
What our Parents & Students say
“There are so many opportunities for my kids - the Math Olympiads, MUN and recently they hosted NASA, along with concerts, drama productions and much more. The teachers, leadership and superintendent to the principal’s of each division and the deputies are so approachable. They will stop and have a conversation about my children at any point. I know most people say, the teachers really care about the children but I have never seen the level of genuine concern and care for their wellbeing as I have in the leadership in this school.”
- Mangla Sachdev
"A wonderful environment coupled with a dedicated team of infant care teachers give Elisha the perfect conditions to grow up. She has settled in so well since she arrived at the center at the age of 5 months much to the efforts by all the teachers. Heartfelt appreciation for all the love and care showered on our little angel."
- Joshua Wong
“I will miss the community that SAIS provides, such as an open and international environment, in which all students and teachers are welcomed. A life lesson that I will carry with me is that Stamford taught me to be open-minded and has given me a great appreciation for many cultures. Having the option of multiple academic pathways, provided me with the choice of what I want to study, which allowed me to choose which pathway would be best for the countries that I was planning on applying for universities.”
