Getting to Stamford
Stamford American International School offers school transport for students attending both the Woodleigh Campus and Early Learning Village.
Our island-wide school bus service is operated by Woodlands Transport Service and is available for students aged 2 and above, subject to route availability. For families relocating to Singapore, our Admissions Team can also help explain how transport may work from your intended area.
Island-Wide School Bus Service
The door-to-door bus service operates to both Stamford campuses, with routes planned around where participating families live. Service availability depends on sufficient demand within each area.
The service also includes real-time bus tracking, giving families greater visibility of their child’s school journey. Transport fees are based on the distance traveled.
For younger students from Pre-Nursery to KG2, Stamford has additional child safety requirements in place, including the use of an approved Child Safety Restraint when traveling on the school bus.
Connecting Our Two Campuses
Families with children across Stamford’s two campuses may also benefit from our supervised inter-campus transfer service.
Eligible Early Learning Village students aged 2 and above can travel between the Woodleigh Campus and Early Learning Village. This can make drop-off and collection simpler for families with siblings at Woodleigh or those living close to the campus. Child Safety Restraints are provided for students using this transfer service.
