School Calendar

Keep important dates close at hand as your family settles into Stamford. Our school calendar brings together semester dates, school holidays, professional development days and Singapore public holidays, helping you plan ahead for the academic year.

You can view the key dates online or download the academic calendar to keep for easy reference throughout the year.

School Timings

School timings vary by campus, grade level and day of the week. To help families plan ahead, we have brought together the key start and finish times for each division in one place.

You can also find information about arrival, dismissal and other practical details for the school day.

School Transport

Getting to and from school is an important part of the daily routine. Stamford offers transport options for both the Woodleigh Campus and Early Learning Village, including an island-wide school bus service.

Families can also find information about inter-campus transfers for eligible siblings and transport arrangements connected with after-school activities. We recommend reviewing the options early so everything is ready for your child’s start.

School Uniforms

Having the right uniform ready is one more way to make the first day feel familiar from the start. Stamford school uniforms can be ordered online, giving families time to prepare before school begins.

You can browse the available uniform items, check sizing information and order what your child needs for their school day.

School Meals & Catering

Meal arrangements vary by campus and age. At the Early Learning Village, lunch is provided for full-day students and enjoyed together in the classroom. At Woodleigh, students can bring food from home or choose from the meal and café options provided on campus.

Find out more about catering, meal choices, pre-ordering, payment options and the food services available at each campus.

Campus Access & ID Cards

Keeping our campuses safe starts with knowing who is coming onto campus. Parents, guardians and helpers can arrange their Adult ID Cards and vehicle decals through the MyStamford Parent Portal before school begins.

Families can apply for up to three Adult ID Cards. Applications require a clear headshot photo, and processing can take up to 14 business days, so we recommend applying early.

Students in Grades 5–12 receive their ID cards automatically on their first day of school.

MyStamford Parent Portal

MyStamford is the main online hub for current families, bringing important school information and practical resources together in one place.

Once your account is activated, you can use the portal to complete key tasks, access school information and stay connected with Stamford throughout the academic year.

Parent Teacher Association

The Stamford Parent Teacher Association (PTA) gives families an easy way to meet other parents, take part in school life and build connections across the Stamford community.

From Parent Connection Groups and social events to volunteering and community activities, there are different ways to get involved. For families who are new to Stamford, it is also a great way to begin making connections from the start.

Co-Curricular Activities

Co-Curricular Activities give students more opportunities to explore their interests, discover something new and spend time doing what they enjoy beyond the classroom.

Activities span areas such as sports, arts, STEM, academic enrichment, service and leadership. Current families can browse the activities available for their child, view schedules and manage registrations through SchoolsBuddy.

Health Center

Stamford’s Health Center is available to students who need medical attention during the school day and works with families to manage individual health needs at school.

Our Nursing Department provides families with information on areas including allergies, medical conditions, immunizations and illness, as well as guidance to help you prepare the health information Stamford needs for your child.

Guardianship

For families considering guardianship arrangements in Singapore, Stamford provides information to help you understand the available options, requirements and responsibilities involved.

Our guardianship guidance covers extended family, boarding and homestay arrangements, together with the documentation families need to provide. Our Guardianship Team is also available to answer questions about your circumstances.
