Grade 9 students have developed a better understanding of the basic economic concepts in I&S. Each student selected a product, from apples to commercial flights, and researched their product to learn more about its production and consumption and identify variables consumers should consider before making a purchase.
Visitors to the exhibit had the opportunity to view each product from the perspective of an ethical and responsible consumer. More importantly, they learned how to use the power they have as consumers responsibly.
