Age Group

At Stamford American International School, AP courses are available to students from Grades 10 through 12. Each course concludes with an AP exam in early May, where students can demonstrate their mastery of the subject. Scoring a 3 or above (on a 1-5 scale) can often translate to college credit, and AP exams are recognized as equivalent to A-Levels for entrance systems in countries such as the UK, Netherlands, and Australia.

Admissions Process

Stamford American International School accepts applications year-round, subject to availability, via our online application system. Placement is confirmed only upon receiving an official letter from our enrollment team.

The Student Support Program is currently at full capacity for all grades, and waitlisted applicants will be prioritized if spaces become available. Application outcomes for Language Learners (KG2-Grade 10) will be released from March for Semester 1 (August-December) and from October for Semester 2 (January-June).
