Dr. Camby building upon his own research in international schools around the globe, facilitated a session on what it means to be an adaptive leader and an adaptive organization. The group discussed how adaptive leaders and organizations are open, have a strong sense of identity, and are empowering. All of this then connected to our ongoing work this year around collective efficacy, or our belief that together we can accomplish our goals.
