During the past two weeks, Stamford warmly welcomed its annual International Festival, a vibrant celebration of diversity and cultural exchange, at Woodleigh on February 15th and 16th, and at the Early Learning Village (ELV) on February 21st. From colorful costumes to rhythmic dances, the event was a testament to the richness of our global community.
Throughout the venue, cultural booths manned by dedicated parent volunteers offered a plethora of engaging activities. From traditional games and arts and crafts, to calligraphy painting, to writing names in different languages and more. The International Festival not only provided a platform for our community to showcase their cultural heritage but also served as a powerful reminder of the importance of embracing diversity.
At Stamford, our commitment to diversity extends beyond just this festival. With our diverse student and staff body representing many nationalities, including over 75 countries, we take pride in fostering an inclusive environment where every individual feels valued and respected.
