The Student Support Department (SSD) is looking for a highly qualified Special Education Teacher with previous experience in delivering individualized intervention to join our expanding team of multi-disciplinary professionals. Utilizing a Response-to-Intervention (RtI) Model, the primary role of the Special Education Teacher is to provide Tier 3/intensive intervention directly to students as well as design individualized education for students that require increased support, curricular modification, and explicit instruction.

Elementary Drama Teacher

The role of the Elementary Drama Teacher is essentially to build and maintain a successful Drama program within the school by providing an educational atmosphere conductive to learning and developing through the process of inquiry and in conjunction with the International Baccalaureate PYP program. The drama teacher needs to have knowledge ad experience in a variety of drama techniques, approaches and concepts and is comfortable teaching a variety of elementary school ages.. The Director of Marketing and Communications (DMC) is responsible for the strategic development and execution of the broad and comprehensive integrated marketing, communications and events program for Stamford American International School across both the Woodleigh and Early Learning Village campuses. The DMC leads and mentors a cohesive well-oiled team comprising Marketing, Communications, Events and Creative Services as part of the support function of the School, reporting in to the Managing Director.
