Stamford PTA Christmas Festival… Oh what fun!

Published by Admin

Organized by the Stamford PTA (Parent Teacher Association) the annual Christmas Festival saw over 2000 kids and parents from our Stamford community on campus to enjoy a festive day. The Christmas Festival Committee and many volunteers worked extra hard on this much anticipated event. Over several weeks, the campus magically transformed with snowflakes, candy canes and Christmas trees in preparation for the Festival taking place. Even Stan the Elf got involved in the excitement leading up to the event, he moved around campus and caused mischief daily!

The Christmas Shoppe and Student Performances including Santa singing with the Parent Choir and the School Rock Band were much enjoyed by all. In the spirit of holiday giving, $12,000 was raised through the charity auction for the Community Service Fund, making it the 2nd biggest fundraiser of the year.

Stamford families contributed a tree ornament from their home country to represent the many nationalities at Stamford.

May this holiday season sparkle and shine, may all of your wishes and dreams come true, and may you feel this happiness all year round.

Safe travels to all over the Winter Break!
