On Friday April 3, 2020 Singapore Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong announced that the Multi-Ministry Taskforce will be imposing stricter measures as a circuit breaker to pre-empt escalating infections of COVID-19. The aim is to significantly reduce movements and interactions in public and private places.
An important part of the new measures announced is the requirement for students in all schools and institutes of higher learning to move to full home-based learning from Wednesday, April 8, 2020.
For Stamford, this translates into full implementation of our Continuity of Learning (COL) plan from April 13, 2020. Staff and students will not be on campus during this time.
Here's a video of our Superintendent, Dr. Eric Sands, sharing about Stamford's COL.
The following documents are an overview of the Stamford COL plan by divisions made available for your reference.
