Hair For Hope 2019

22 May 2019 - Lower Elementary was buzzing with the sound of hair clippers as more than 20 brave students, teachers and parent volunteers shaved their heads for charity. This event is the epitome of what we stand for at Stamford and showcased how our community truly espouses our school values of courage and compassion.

Special mention to teachers Ms Adriane Garland and Ms Catrina Gamez for not only organizing this event but also for braving the scissors and the shavers and donating their locks to Wigs for Kids which makes wigs especially for children.

The team has raised over $50,000 which is a truly amazing achievement. These funds will go towards helping children with cancer and their families.
