13 FEBRUARY 2017, SINGAPORE -- Real Madrid Foundation Technical Academy and Stamford American International School organized an exclusive event for Stamford American students featuring an up-close and personal meet and greet with Real Madrid legend and Club Ambassador, Roberto Carlos. This event celebrates the strong partnership in promoting athleticism and sportsmanship through the love of football (or soccer as known at Stamford American) between Real Madrid Foundation and Stamford American.
200 students, parents and VIPs enjoyed an interactive session in the Reagan Theater where the Real Madrid Foundation introduced Roberto Carlos on stage for a Q&A in Spanish and English facilitated by our students. What a thrill to hear this bilingual exchange in a topic dear to their hearts. This was then followed by a football clinic with 50 students where he showed his skills on the Stamford Field. The soccer legend played together with the U14 Boys team and the U11 Girls team, which for them, was truly a once in a lifetime experience.
