Breaking Ground - Expat Living Feature

Development of the Stamford American International School (SAIS) permanent campus in Upper Serangoon (due to open in 2012) kicked off with some lively musical performances from students, including the US national anthem. The US Ambassador, HE David Adelman, helped the kids to bury a time capsule.
