Baylor University Visits Stamford

Superintendent Malcolm Kay met with the International Recruitment Coordinator and Admissions Counselor from Baylor University, Mr. Anis Qourzal, on Wednesday, September 28th to speak about the university and strengthen ties for the future. Consistently ranked in the top third of universities nationally, Baylor University is a private institution that was founded in 1845 in Waco, Texas. With over 12,000 in undergraduate enrollment, the school offers degrees in business, engineering, law, music, philosophy, theology, science disciplines, nursing, and political science. Baylor is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools and has a student-faculty ratio at Baylor University of 14:1. The school is active in service with more than 250 student organizations on campus and offers competitive sports as the only private school in the NCAA Division I Big 12 Conference.
Mr. Kay was very pleased to receive Baylor at Stamford adding, “It shows great progress and confidence in our program that Stamford American International School is already on the radar internationally for selective universities. As our school grows, we will continue to build relationships with prestigious universities around the world.”
