The school year runs August to June at Stamford American International School.
Stamford is open for students ages 2 through 18 (Nursery - Grade 12).
Stamford is an IB World School and is authorized to offer the IB Middle Years Program, the IB Primary Years Program and the IB Diploma Program. Located at 1 Woodleigh Lane (Off Upper Serangoon Road), Stamford's campus features modern athletic and recreational facilities. Stamford's campus is located next to the Woodleigh MRT Station.
There is daily Mandarin and Spanish foreign language instruction.
Learning Support, English as an Additional Language are available.
Music, Visual Arts, Drama, IT, Physical Education, Dance and Library instruction is provided.

Stamford offers a wide variety of co-curricular activities (CCA) including sports, arts, language, dance, drama and music to students in Kindergarten 2 and above. Activities are free of charge unless marked otherwise and vary each season. Activities have included Golf, Taekwondo, Sports Climbing, Phootgraphy, Parade Art, Choir, Zumba, Ballet, Drama, Robotics, Chinese Club, Math Competition, and Newspaper, among others.
